Willow Arc is a small hawker stall with one burner, two big pots and a short menu we cook one plate at a time.

No shortcuts, no reheating trays. A plate tastes this way because of what happens before you even join the queue.

Stocks start at dawn
Bones and prawn shells are roasted, then simmered for hours before the shutters go up. We top the pot up and never swap it for concentrate.

One plate per toss
Wok dishes are fired a portion at a time, so every plate gets the same smoky char at full heat.

Sambal pounded daily
Chillies, shallots and toasted belacan are ground in small batches each morning. We make only what we'll use that day.

Questions at the counter
How spicy is the food?
Every dish is cooked mild. Sambal and pickled chilli are at the counter, and you can ask for extra heat in the wok when you order.
Can you cater for allergies?
Our kitchen handles shellfish, peanuts, egg, soy and wheat in a small shared space. Tell us when you order and we'll say honestly what we can adjust.
Are there vegetarian options?
Yes. The herbal mushroom soup is vegetarian as served. Dishes tagged "Veg option" can be made without meat, seafood or oyster sauce.
How far ahead should I book a party tray?
Two days is the minimum and a week is ideal for weekend dates. Send the form above and we'll confirm availability by email.
